摘 要:为真实反应茶汤中稀土含量及茶叶稀土浸出率情况,用差数法测定茶汤中稀土含量,茶叶冲泡按GB/T 8305-2013《茶水浸出物测定》方法进行。结果表明,实验用10个茶样稀土氧化物含量在0.46 mg/kg到4.19 mg/kg之间,覆盖范围较广,稀土浸出率在12%~28%之间,茶汤中浸出的稀土含量折算到干茶中为0.17 mg/kg到1.03 mg/kg之间,这10个样品均能按照上述差数法测定茶汤中稀土含量。In order to detect the contents of the rare earth elements in tea infusion and leaching rates of tea,this paper used the margin method to determine the contents of rare earth elements in tea infusion. Tea should be brewed according to the method of "Determining Water Lixivium in Tea" in GB/T 8305-2013 before the experiment.According to the results, the contents of rare earth oxides in the 10 tea samples were between 0.46 mg /kg and4.19mg/kg, showing a wild coverage. The leaching rate of rare earth elements was between 12% and 28%, while the contents of rare earth elements in tea infusion ranged from 0.17 mg/kg to 1.03 mg/kg. It is indicated that the content of rare earth elements in these 10 samples can be determined by the above mentioned margin method.
