高职院校教师企业实践有效管理探析

摘　　要：企业实践是高职教师"双师"素质培养的重要内容,是高等职业教育内涵发展的基础性制度。但由于实践目标不明确、考核评价不科学等原因,很多教师的企业实践流于形式。青岛职业技术学院通过多年的探索构建了教师企业实践有效管理的框架。只有充分调动教师和企业双方的积极性,才能保证高职院校教师企业实践的实效性和长效性。The practice at enterprises is an important content to train double-qualified teachers in higher vocational colleges,and a basic system for the connotative development of higher vocational education.However,because the teachers＇ practice goal is not clear,the evaluation is not scientific and some other reasons,a lot of teachers＇ enterprise practice has become formalistic.Through years of exploration,Qingdao Technical College has constructed an effective management framework of teachers＇ enterprise practice.Only by fully arousing the enthusiasm of both teachers and enterprises can substantial results and long-term effect of teachers＇ enterprise practice be ensured in higher vocational colleges.
