摘  要:根据电焊机焊接触电回路,提出了PID神经网络实时跟踪电流减少事故的控制思路。给出了智能检测电焊机动态基准电流的控制原理,阐述了PID神经网络控制电焊机安全工作的策略,对电焊机安全控制中根据权重选择PID神经元的调节算法进行了研究,设计了用单片机做为控制中心的实现方案。最后用MATLAB模拟了智能跟踪电流的PID神经网络安全控制波形和性能曲线,证明了PID神经网络智能跟踪动态基准电流在电焊机安全控制中的有效性。这对提高电焊机的安全性能以及其它电器触电安全研究具有重要的意义。According to the welding electric shock circuit of electric welding machine, the idea of controlling for reducing the accident based on tracking of real electric current by PID neural network was proposed.The controlling principle of intelligent checking dynamic reference electric current of the electric welding machine was given,the secure working tactic of electric welding machine controlled by PID neural network was elaborated,the modifying algorithm of selecting PID neural cell by the weight in the secure controlling of electric welding machine was researched,the implementation of the single chip microcomputer as control center was designed. Finally, the controlling wave and performance curve of security control through PID neural network of intelligent tracking the real electric current by MATLAB were simulated, the validity of intelligent tracking dynamic reference electric current by the PID neural network in secure controlling the electric welding machine was identified.h has a certain significance to improve the safety performance of electric welding machine and other electric shock safety research.
