摘　　要：目的观察Nucleophosmin蛋白及notch1受体蛋白在肺腺癌组织中的表达并探讨其意义。方法选择2012,10-2015,06我院确诊的肺腺癌患者的肿瘤标本共107例,采用免疫组织化学染色方法检测Nucleophosmin蛋白和notch1受体蛋白质的表达情况。结果 Nucleophosmin蛋白和Notch1受体蛋白质在肺腺癌组织中皆为阳性表达,临床分期越高,Nucleophosmin蛋白和Notch1受体蛋白质的表达越高,同时Nucleophosmin蛋白和Notch1受体蛋白质在肿瘤细胞的表达随分化程度的升高而降低。结论 Nucleophosmin、Notch1受体蛋白质在肺腺癌组织中的高表达可能与肿瘤的发生,发展,侵袭及转移相关,两者的过表达可能促进肺腺癌的进展,侵袭及转移。Objective To observe the expression of Nucleophosmin protein and Notchl receptor protein in lung adenocarcinoma and to discuss its significance. Methods A total of 107 patients with lung adenocarcinoma, who were admitted to our hospital from October 2012 to June 2015, were enrolled in the study. Immunohistochemical assay was used to analyze the expression of Nucleophosmin protein and Notch1 receptor protein in lung adenocarcinoma. Results Nucleophosmin protein and Notchl receptor protein were positive expression in lung adenoearcinoma, and the expression of Nucleophosmin protein and Notchl receptor protein was higher at high clinical stage than at low clinical stage, while it in tumor cells decreased with the rise of differentiation degree of the tumor. Conclusion The high expression of Nucleophosmin protein and Notch1 receptor protein in lung adenocarcinoma may be closely related with tumor occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis. The over expression of them in lung adenocarcinoma may promote progress, invasion and metastasis.
