护理硕士研究生实践能力现状及对综合技能实训课教学需求研究

摘　　要：目的了解护理硕士研究生临床实践能力以及对综合技能实训课程的需求现状,为护理硕士研究生开设综合技能实训课程提供依据。方法采用护理硕士研究生综合技能实践能力现状及教育需求的调查问卷对某校3个年级113名护理硕士研究生进行护理实践能力及综合技能实训课程需求的调查。结果 40.7%护理硕士研究生认为综合技能实训课程很重要,43.3%认为重要,15.9%认为一般;不同年级护理硕士研究生对开设护理综合技能实训课程的需求有差别(χ2=12.527,P=0.002)。专业学位的护理硕士研究生对综合技能实训课程的需求高于科学学位(t=2.54,P=0.00)。结论护理学院可根据护理硕士研究生的发展需求和培养目标,开设综合技能实训课程,提高学生的综合能力。Objective To explore the status quo of nursing postgraduates＇ practical ability and demands for comprehensive skills training,so as to provide references for opening such curriculum.Methods Totally 113 nursing postgraduates from 3grades were investigated using aquestionnaire of nursing postgraduates′ practical ability and demands for comprehensive skills training.Results Among all the students,40.7%regarded the comprehensive skills training course as very important,43.3%thought of it as important and 15.9% considered it as so-so.Nursing graduate students of different grades had different demands for courses in comprehensive nursing skills training（χ2=12.527,P=0.002）.Those working for professional degree had higher demands than those for academic master degree（t=2.54,P=0.00）.Conclusion Comprehensive skills training courses should be opened according to the development needs and training objectives of nursing master graduate student,to improve their comprehensive ability.
