论高职院校教学管理体制与运行机制创新——以黄冈职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：黄冈职业技术学院在创新教学管理体制方面:发挥了委员会集体决策作用,完善教学管理领导体制;强化职能部门宏观管控,充实教学工作管理机构;夯实教学团队主体地位,强化教学工作实施机构。在优化教学管理运行机制方面:增强开放性、决断性,优化决策机制;运用目标管理、薪酬推动、教育激励,优化工作推进机制;完善标准、强力纠偏,优化调控机制;内外兼俱、系统着力,优化监督反馈机制;五位一体、层层深入,优化评价机制,对高职院校教学管理体制与运行机制进行了改革。Concerning the innovation of teaching management system, Huanggang Polytechnic College gives full play to the role of group decision of teaching committee, improves leadership system of teaching management; strengthens the functions of macro control, enriches the management mechanism of teaching; strengthens the leading position of teaching team and enhances the implementation institution. In optimizing the teaching implementation meehanisrn, it enhances the openness and decisiveness, optimizes the decision-making mechanism; optimizes work promoting mechanism by objective management, salary and education incentive; perfects the standard, conducts rectification, optimizes the control mechanism and feedback mechanism; optimizes the evaluation mechanism. It reforms the teaching management system and operation mechanism in higher vocational colleges.
