摘　　要：英语语言能力是英语导游的核心能力。高职院校作为英语导游培养的主体,面对学生英语基础薄弱、学习动力不足,教师实践经验缺乏、教法僵化等困境,要扩展教学资源,采用能调动学生参与的CECE训练法和Toastmaster模式,这些措施可以有效地提高学生的英语导游语言能力。English language competence is the core ability of English tour guide. In the face of the poor learning basis, the insufficient learning motivation, the lack of practical experience and rigid teaching method, as the main body of English tour guide training, higher vocational colleges should expand teaching resources, adopt the Chinese-English training and Toastmaster mode to enhance the language competence of students.
