摘  要:新时期国家发展对创新型人才迫切需求和现阶段高职学生创新能力堪忧的现实状况,使得如何培养高职学生创新能力成为亟待解决的问题。发达国家创新能力培养的经验和建构主义对创新能力培养的优势,成为本课题研究的实践依据和理论基础,而在建构主义下创新思维的培养、教学模式的改革、创新型师资建设及我国现阶段人才发展战略的制度保障成为高职学生创新能力培养的有效途径。How to cultivate students' innovation ability has become an urgent problem in view of innovative talents in urgent demand in the new period of the national development and the current reality of higher vocational students' innovative ability. The experience of cultivating the ability to innovate in the developed countries and the advantages of constructivism in innovation ability training have become practical basis and theoretical foundation of this research. Under constructivism the cultivation of innovative thinking, the reform of teaching mode, the innovative teaching team construction and the system guarantee of talent development strategy are effective ways to train innovation ability of higher vocational students.
