护理专业高职本科衔接专业建设调查研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解护理行业现状、发展趋势及人才需求和供给情况,明确护理专业高职本科衔接存在的问题,为护理高职本科衔接专业教学标准的研制提供客观依据。[方法]采用文献调研、问卷调查、访谈、网络调查、个案分析、统计分析等方法,分析国家及省相关文件、行业规范和职业标准20多项,查阅文献274篇,调研广东省128所医院、7所高职院校、5所应用型本科院校。[结果]护理专业人才是国家紧缺人才,各级医疗机构急需专科以上学历护士,本科毕业生在各方面均优于专科毕业生。但学校教育高职本科人才培养目标及课程体系有较多重复,毕业生在人际沟通、适应能力等方面存在较多不足。[结论]护理专业高职本科衔接是行业的需求,具备衔接的条件、可行性及必要性,应积极进行衔接。Objective：To know about the status quo,development trend and demand and supply of talent in nursing industry,to clear the problems existing in connection specialty between higher vocational nursing and undergraduate nursing,so as to provide an objective basis for the development of teaching standards of connection specialty between higher vocational nursing and undergraduate nursing.Methods：It analyzed national and provincial documents,industry norms and professional standards of more than 20 by using literature survey,questionnaire survey,interview,network survey,case analysis,statistical analysis and other methods.A total of 274 literatures were checked out,128 hospitals,7 higher vocational colleges and 5 applied undergraduate colleges in Guangdong province were investigated.Results：Nursing professional talents were national shortage of qualified personnel,medical institutions at all levels were in urgent need of specialist degree nurse,undergraduate graduates in all aspects were superior to junior college graduates.However,the objectives and curriculum system of nursing higher vocational education and college education were more repetitive,and the graduates had many shortages in interpersonal communication and adaptability.Conclusions：The connection specialty between higher vocational nursing and undergraduate nursing was the demand of the industry,and it had the condition,feasibility and necessity of connection,so should be carried out actively.
