摘  要:临床医学人才培养必须能够满足岗位胜任力要求。在口腔医学硕士专业学位研究生培养中,吸收和借鉴以"胜任力"为导向的教学理念,针对研究生临床技能与医疗服务等能力培养,采用讨论式、PBL教学等教学方法和360度评价、客观结构化临床技能考试等考核体系,对口腔医学硕士专业学位研究生临床能力教学进行了探索。The training of clinical physician must meet the requirements of post competency. With the post competency as the direction, a series of effective teaching methods and multiple dimensioned assessment system were adopted in the cultivation of professional degree postgraduate. PBL, inquiry, discussion and heuristic teaching methods and 360 degree evaluation, theoretical examination, objective structured clinical skills examination were used. Thus, the exploration has proved the comprehensive clinical ability of the postgraduates improves effectively, which can match the level of the first phrase resident physician.
