摘  要:目的:通过在基础护理学课程中开展综合性实验教学,探讨培养学生的临床综合护理能力的实验教学方法和效果。方法选择2011级护理本科生81人作为试验组,2010级护理本科生209人作为对照组,试验组的基础护理学课程实验教学采用综合性实验模式的教学方法,对照组为传统的教学方法。对两组学生在临床实习中期的临床综合护理能力进行评价。结果试验组学生职业价值观整体优于对照组,专业态度得分(88.03±6.90)分,对照组(86.37±5.97)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.035,P〈0.05)。结论护理综合性实验教学一定程度上提高了学生的临床能力。Objective To explore effective experimental teaching methods for cultivating clinical capacity of undergraduate nursing students by conducting comprehensive experimental teaching in basic nursing curriculum.Methods Totally 81 undergraduate nursing students of Grade 2011 were selected as the study group, while 209 undergraduate nursing students of Grade 2010 were selected as the control group. Students in the control group received the traditional teaching method, and students in the study group were received the teaching method of comprehensive experimental teaching method. Students′comprehensive clinical ability in two groups were assessed in the medium-term period. Results The professional attitude of students in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group (P〈0.05); the score of professional attitude was (88.03±6.90) in the study group, and was (86.37±5.97) in the control group (t=2.035,P〈0.05). Conclusions The comprehensive experimental teaching method could improve students′ clinical capacity to some extent.
