摘  要:目的观察在康复护理学本科教学中运用Seminar教学法的教学效果及学生对此教学法的评价。方法将2011级本科护理学一班设为对照组,二班设为实验组,分别采用传统授课方式和Seminar教学法教授康复护理学内容。观察2组考核成绩及实验组问卷调查情况。结果理论考试成绩实验组高于对照组(P<.01);2组技能操作考试成绩相当(P>.05),但实验组总体分数略高于对照组;70%左右的学生认为Seminar教学可以提高学习兴趣、提高自学能力、帮助掌握重要知识点;90%左右的学生喜欢Seminar授课方式,认为它可以培养团队精神和帮助学会查阅文献;近60%的学生认为课前准备内容繁多造成负担和Seminar授课使教材内容掌握不够全面;近50%的学生认为课前准备需要时间过多。结论在康复护理学本科教学中运用Seminar教学法的教学效果优于传统教学方式,多数学生喜欢这种授课方式,同时能培养学生独立工作和科研的能力。Objective To observe the teaching effect of using the Seminar approach and the evaluation of students for this approach in the Rehabilitation Nursing in undergraduate education. Methods We set 2011 undergraduate nursing class 1 as control group and class 2 as experimental group. These two groups were given the traditional teaching approach and the Seminar approach rehabilitation nursing content, respectively. Then we observed examination results and the questionnaire survey of two groups. Results In the test of theory, the experimental group was better than the control group(P 〈0.01). In the examination of skills, the results of two groups had no significant differences(P〉0.05). But the experimental group's overall score was slightly higher than the control group. About 70%students thought that Seminar approach can improve the learning interest and the ability of self-study, and help to master the important knowledge points. About 90% students loved Seminar approach which can cultivate team spirit and help to consult literature.Nearly 60% students thought that preparing too much before class burden them and that Seminar approach made teaching material master not comprehensive. Nearly 50% students thought that preparation before class took too much time. Conclusion Seminar approach is superior to the traditional teaching way in the Rehabilitation Nursing for undergraduate education. Most students like this way of teaching, at the same time, this approach can cultivate students' ability of independent work and research.
