摘 要:护理实训PBL课程中存在教学活动时间过长、跨学科知识模块掌握不充分、师生学习活动定位模糊等问题。微课以其内容短小精炼、主题突出、基于细节深度剖析以及使用方便简单的特点,将对PBL教学存在的问题有所改善。文章以护理实训教学为例,将微课和PBL教学法相结合,对护理实训教学设计进行改革,探讨微课对护理PBL教学的促进策略,从而提高护理实训PBL学习效果。Problem-based learning( PBL) is widely used in medical training courses. But there are the following questions: long learning activity time, insufficient interdisciplinary knowledge and role positioning fuzzy. Micro-course solved the problems based on the imposed the features such as short refining, outstanding theme, the depth of detail analysis and simple and easy to use. Taking nursing training as an example, combining the micro-course method and PBL, the paper took the practice of nursing training and reform, so as to improve nursing practice PBL effect.
