摘  要:目的海水鱼中总汞含量较高,采用湿式消解的实验过程中,溶液中的汞易于被容器壁吸附,且消解液中残留的高浓度酸以及氮氧化物对于后续的上机测定产生较大干扰,有必要对消化后的赶酸条件和稳定条件进一步优化,以选择适合测定海水鱼中总汞的前处理方法。方法本研究选用微波消解法处理海水鱼样品,消解液经不同赶酸条件处理后定容,通过优化赶酸条件、稳定性测试、不同容器材质吸附比较,最后采用直接测汞仪对溶液中的汞进行测定,测定结果与原子荧光光谱法进行比较。结果采用微波消解法处理海水鱼样品,120℃、1 h赶酸定容后立即进行前处理,测定欧盟鱼肉对照物质ERM-BB422、中国计量科学院GBW10029鱼肉中总汞与甲基汞成分分析标准物质,结果均落在标准值的可信范围内。结论采用微波消解,120℃、1 h赶酸定容后立即测定的前处理方法适合海水鱼中总汞的测定。Objective The total mercury content in marine fish was high. In the process of wet digestion,mercury in the solution was easily adsorbed by the vessel wall,and the high concentration of residual acid and nitrogen oxides in the digestion solution caused great interference to the subsequent on-machine measurement. It is necessary to further optimize the conditions of acid-digestion and stabilization conditions,so as to select a suitable pretreatment method for the determination of total mercury in marine fish. Methods In this study,microwave digestion method was used to treat samples of marine fish. After digestion with different acid conditions,the digestion volume was optimized. By optimizing the acid-holding pretreatment was conducted for the determination of total mercury and methylmercury in marine fish,which were coincident with control substance ERM-BB422 in Euro fish and standard substance GBW10029 of Chinese Academy of Metrology condition,stability test,comparison of different materials,the final sample solution was detected using direct mercury analyzer,and the results were compared with the result of atomic fluorescence method. Results Microwave digestion method was used to treat samples of marine fish. After acid dislodging and volume quantification at 120 ℃ for 1 h,the results were within the credible scope of the standard value. Conclusion The pretreatment method with microwave digestion and measurement at 120 ℃ in 1 h for acid-catching is suitable for the determination of total mercury in marine fish.
