摘 要:高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)是一种常用完善的分离技术,常用于解决多种分析问题,它能够分离各种基质中复杂的混合物,包括从低和高分子量化合物到不同的极性和酸碱性的化合物,能满足大量分析物在食品和药品领域中的检测需求。高效液相色谱法具有分离效率高、选择性好、检测灵敏度高和操作自动化等优点。本文简要介绍了高效液相色谱法的特点以及在食品和药品检测领域中的应用。High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is a common and well-established separation technique which is frequently used to solve multiple analytical problems, as it is able to separate quite complicated mixtures in various matrices, including low and high molecular weight compounds as well as different polarities and acid-base properties, which can meet the detection needs of variety of analytes in the food and pharmaceutical industry. HPLC has the advantages of high separation efficiency, good selectivity, high sensitivity and operation automation, etc. In this paper, the characteristics of HPLC and its application in food and drug detection were briefly introduced.
