摘  要:剖析高职院校校企合作战略联盟的理论和实践起源,基于资源驱动、竞争战略驱动以及学习驱动等理论视角揭示校企联盟的产生动机及其本质内涵,总结国内高职院校校企合作成功案例,将高职院校校企合作战略联盟合作层次分为浅度、中度和深度三种类型,分析每类合作层次中具体的校企合作实施模式,最后探讨高职院校校企合作战略联盟机制体制创新问题。This paper analyzesschool-enterprise cooperation strategic alliance theory and practice origin in the higher vocational colleges. Based on the resource-based theory, competitive strategy and organizational learning theory perspectives, this paper reveals the alliance motivation and its essential connotation. It also points out that the higher vocational colleges' strategic alliance cooperation between colleges can be divided into three types, which are shallow, moderate and deep types. Based on the successful cases, this paper analyzes in detail the specific pattern of school-enterprise cooperation for each type. It also discusses the mechanism innovation problems of the higher vocational colleges' university-enterprise cooperation strategic alliance.
