摘  要:本文针对当前农村小学全科型教师的需求特征,阐述了我校小学教育专业优化人才培养方案,提高实践教学质量的全科型职前人才培养模式研究与实践的思路与做法:培养目标定位;整体改革举措;课程建设与改革措施;提高实践教学质量。In view of the current rural primary school needs of general teachers,this paper expounds the talents training program of primary education in our school;expounds the ideas and methods of research and practice of general talents training model,which of improving the quality of practical teaching;training target location;overall reform initia- fives;curriculum construction and reform measures;improving the quality of practical teaching and the measures to im- prove conditions of running school.
