摘　　要：作为一个相对特殊的群体,独立学院与独立学院的学生有着自身的特殊性,作为大学生思想政治教育与学生事务管理工作的中坚力量,独立学院辅导员面临着新的困难与挑战。为顺应新时期独立学院辅导员队伍专业化、职业化建设的发展趋势,需从独立学院学生及辅导员的基本特点出发精心设计辅导员职业能力培养体系,将社会主义核心价值观的深刻内涵融入到独立学院辅导员自身角色定位、师德建设及育人能力培养的各个环节之中。As a relatively special group, independent college and independent college students have its own particularity. As college students＇ ideological and political education and student affairs management work of the nucleus, independent college counselors are facing new difficulties and challenges. In order to adapt to the development trend of professionalization of inde- pendent college counselors, it is necessary to design professional training system of counselors from the basic characteristics of in- dependent college students and counselors. We should integrate the profound connotation of the socialist core values into all as- pects of the independent college counselor＇s own role orientation, teacher＇s moral construction and cultivating people＇s ability.
