摘  要:实习是医学生后期教学的重要内容,是培养合格医生的关键阶段。我校临床医学专业立足面向城乡社区的办学定位,深化医教协同,对实习教学改革进行了探索,构建了的"三段式"实习平台,做到"六个统一",即统一实习大纲、实习内容、轮转模式、考试时间、考核形式、评价标准,实习过程中突出形成性评价。实践表明,"三段式"实习平台的建立促进了院校合作,规范了实习教学的过程,有效提高了学生的临床实践能力,对同质化培养具备全科素质的医学人才具有积极的作用。The clinical practice is the important part of teaching content,is the key stage of training qualified clinical doctors. Hangzhou Medical College based on the orientation of urban and rural community oriented, promoted medical education collaborative, carried on the exploration to the teaching reform, built a " three - step" clinical practice platform. We achieved six unifications, namely unified practice program, the content of the practice, the rotation mode, the examination time, the form of evaluation and the evaluation criteria. These highlighted the formative assessment. Practice shows that the " three - step" practice platform is established to promote the cooperation between school and hospitals, standardized the practice teaching process, effectively improved studentsr clinical practice ability. The platform has a positive effect on the homogeneity of the culture of General practitioner.
