摘  要:高校所有课程都具有育人功能,所有教师都负有育人责任.但在实际操作过程中,专业教师要不要育人、想不想育人、会不会育人、能不能育好人的问题,长期困扰着高校的管理者.本文系统梳理了专业教师育人中存在的“不想做”“不敢做”“不会做”“不常做”的问题,并结合医学院校工作实际,围绕健全工作组织体系、完善工作项目体系、形成工作考评体系,对构建专业教师育人长效机制进行了深入的思考和探索.All courses have the educational function and all teachers bear responsibility for educating students in universities.But in the actual process,whether professional teachers will educate students or want to educate students,can educate students and to a certain degree educate students well or not is still a question which is persecuting university administrators in a long time.This paper systematically reviews questions of professional teacher education exist such as "do not want to do not do","will not do not often do",and combine with actual work in medical colleges,around sound work organization system,improve the work item system,form work evaluation system to build long-term mechanism of professional teachers educating students conducted in-depth reflection and exploration.
