摘　　要：探讨了高校化学师范生在试讲中存在的问题,分析了问题产生的原因,并就如何全面提高学生的试讲能力提出相应的解决措施,以适应新的教学改革.Present existing problems and causes of normal school students of chemistry in the process of trial lecture are analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures are also pointed out for adapting to new teaching reform in this paper.
