摘  要:要体现不同学校的特色,实现商务英语专业人才的培养目标,离不开合理科学的课程建构。本文以《商务英语翻译》这门理论与实践结合程度较高的课程为例,研究课程建构的有效方式,文章强调课程开设以及教学开展必须基于人才需求,才能使课程服务人才培养的目标成为可能。Reasonable and well-designed curriculum construction is a must to fulfill the task of cultivating professional people of talents. The need assessment should be done beforehand. It concludes the requirements of the students being trained and relative elements of the curriculum. Under the circumstance of practical staff training,the thesis takes advantage of the achievements of the course of Business English Translation. It indicates that the course should be conducted on thorough assessment to the needs,thus the objective of the course can be realized.
