运城市主栽香菇菌株菌丝特性及亲缘关系的研究

摘　　要：以运城市主栽的15个香菇菌株为试验材料,采用拮抗试验、感官评定和测量不同菌株在平板培养皿的生长情况,对试验菌株的亲缘关系进行判定。结果表明,高香1号、931和武香1号为同一品种,水头808、向阳2号、808和灵仙为同一品种,其他为亲缘不同的品种。The antagonistic test the mycelium growth vigor and rate of different Lentinus edodes（Berk.）sing strains are studied on15 Lentinus edodes（Berk.）sing strains widely cultured in Yuncheng.The results showed that Gaoxiang 1,931 and Wuxiang 1 were the same variety,Shuitou 808,Xiangyang 2,808 and Lingxian were the same variety,and the others were different breeds.This experiment identified Lentinus edodes（Berk.）.sing strains widely cultured in Yuncheng the existence of ＂heterogenous subere＂ and ＂synonyms＂ phenomenon,and provided scientific basis for the purchase of the mushroom spawn.
