摘　　要：双语教学是现代高等教育中培养复合型高素质人才的重要基础与手段,该文通过高校双语教学实践出发,对食品科学与工程专业《食品质量与安全》的课程在教材选择、教学内容、教学模式等方面进行了教学改革探索,以期达到提高学生学习的主动性,培养学生的创新能力,为进一步提高双语教学在食品专业的质量及用应提供一定的参考与依据,从而培养出更加适合社会需要的食品专业人才。Bilingual teaching is an important foundation and means of cultivating high- quality comprehensive students in modern higher education. In order to develop the creativity and learning initiative of students,the teaching reform of Food Quality and Safety course of Food Science and Engineering was explored in the teaching material selection,teaching content and teaching mode. Based on the bilingual teaching experience,it was expected to provide some useful reference and foundation of theroy for improving the quality of bilingual teaching of Food Science and Engineering.Therefore,students who majored in Food Science,after the bilingual teaching and training,will best meet the sociaty＇s needs and expectations.
