摘 要:食品分析实验是培养食品专业学生专业实验技能的重要课程,而传统的实验模式存在诸多弊病,针对地方性本科院校食品分析课程实验教学中存在的问题,对"基础训练实验、提高设计实验、综合应用实验"三层次渐进式实验教学模式进行了研究和实践。实验教学由易到难、循序渐进展开,在实验过程中突出学生的主体地位,明确教师的引导作用。新的实验教学模式激发了学生的学习兴趣,学生的专业实验技能和综合应用能力得以提高。Food Analysis experimental course is important for food specialty students to train experimental skills.There are many disadvantages in traditional experimental teaching. Three levels progressive teaching models of basic training experiment,improving design experiment and comprehensive applied experiment were explored and practiced,aiming at the problems existing in experimental teaching of Food Analysis course in local colleges. The experiment teaching was carried out gradually,from simple to complicated,highlighting the student' principal status and teacher'leading role during experiments. The students' learning interest was stimulated,the professional skills and the ability of integrated application were improved in experiments with new teaching model.
