摘　　要：构建乡村教育质量监测体系是推进乡村教育及乡村社会发展的重要抓手。乡村教育质量监测是对乡村教育满足个人及社会发展需要的能力和程度进行测量、评价、反馈并进一步有效提升的活动,具有记录、评价、诊断、反馈、指导以及导向等功能,并体现出综合性、地区性、发展性和经验性的特点。乡村教育质量监测体系由乡村外部和内部监测主体组成,监测乡村教育的规划、硬件和教学实施等内容,可运用法规政策、经费保障、科学方法、服务水平、队伍建设和搭建监测网等实践策略进行构建。Construction of quality monitoring system is a significant key of improving Chinese rural education,or even Chinese rural society.Rural education quality monitoring is the activities that measure,assess,feedback the ability and level ofeducation satisfying the development of people and the society of rural area and effectively improve the effect.The systemiscomprehensive,regional,developmental and experiential,composed by inner and external subjects,monitoring plans,resources and implementation of instruction.By constructing the rural education quality monitoring system,one can apply the strategies of policy,financial guarantee,scientific method,service standard,team building and monitoring web constructing.
