摘　　要：伴随着《中国制造2025》的实施,企业对从业人员提出了更高的要求。为适应区域经济转型升级趋势,以建立机制、创新模式、搭建平台、寻求项目为突破口,探索与实践适应产业转型和换代升级对人才需求的现代学徒制人才培养模式是必经之路。Enterprises put forward higher requirements for employees,along with the implementation of ＂Made in China 2025＂ Plan.In order to adapt to the trend of regional economic transformation and upgrading,to establish mechanisms,innovative models,build a platform for the project to seek a breakthrough.Exploration and practice of ＂modern apprenticeship＂ personnel training mode is the only way Adapt to the industrial transformation and upgrading of talent demand.
