摘　　要：以信阳农林学院动物生产教学团队建设为例,对新升地方本科院校动物生产教学团队建设的重点内容进行探析,旨在探讨如何建设一支适合动物科学专业发展的动物生产教学团队。Taking the construction process of animal production teaching team in Xinyang Agricuhure and Forestry University as an example, we discuss the key contents in animal production teaching team construction in the newly upgraded local university, so as to provide references for the construction of animal production teaching team that are suitable for the development of animal science specialty.
