摘  要:文章对花椒酒等醇-水体系中柠檬烯和芳樟醇的气相色谱检测方法进行了研究。结果表明:柠檬烯和芳樟醇分别在0.00084~0.084mg/mL和0.000688~0.0688mg/mL浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程分别为y=1.82E6x+978.95(R2=0.9994,n=5)和y=1.8E6x+412.28(R2=0.9999,n=5);柠檬烯和芳樟醇重复性实验的RSD分别为0.54%和0.78%,精密度实验的RSD分别为1.77%和1.13%,稳定性实验的RSD分别为1.02%和1.72%,加样回收率实验的RSD分别为0.94%和1.05%。该法准确、可靠,可用于花椒酒等醇-水体系中柠檬烯和芳樟醇含量测定。The content of limonene and linalool in Zanthoxylum bungeanum liquor of alcohol-water system is detected by gas chromatography. The results show that limonene and linalool have a good linearity respectively within the range of 0. 00084~0.084 mg/mL and 0. 000688~0. 0688 mg/mL. The linear regression equation of limonene is y= 1.82E6x-t-978.95 (R^2 =0. 9994, n= 5) and the linear regression eguation of linalool is y= 1.8E6xq-412.28 (R^2=0. 9999 ,n=5) ; the RSDs of limonene and linalool reproducibility are 0.54% and 0.78%; the RSDs of precision is 1.77% and 1.13% ; the RSDs of stability is 1.02% and 1.72%; the RSDs of recovery rates are 0.94% and 1.05%. The method is accurate and reliable. It is suitable for analysis of the content of limonene and linalool in Zanthoxylum bungeanum liquor of alcohol-water system.
