构建省内区域学分银行制度的策略研究

摘　　要：学分银行是一种具有类似银行功能的制度模式,最大程度提供多层次多渠道的学习途径。通过了解国内外学分银行的现状,分析国内学分认证与转换中遇到的问题,对省内学分银行建设提出了一些可行的建议。School credit bank is a kind of system model with the function of banks, and to the greatest extent it provides the learning ways of multi- levels and multi- channelS. Through understanding the current situation of domestic and foreign credit banks, analyzing the problems encountered in the domestic credit certification and conversion, some feasible suggestions are put forward for the construction of the credit bank in the province.
