摘　　要：我国经济社会发展进入新常态,职业教育在区域经济发展中对增强区域创新驱动发展能力、促进产业结构优化升级、服务新型城镇化建设、提升扶贫助困实效具有非常重要的作用。同时,为使职业教育更好地发挥作用,必须准确定位人才培养目标、创建特色专业、突出实践教学、深化校企合作、加强"双师型"教师队伍建设。With the develoment of China economy entering new normal,vocational education plays an important role in enhancing regional innovation-driven development capacity, upgrading the industrial structure,serving new-type urbanization and improving poverty alleviation. Meanwhile, in order to make vocational education function well,it should accurately position the aim of the talents training, create special professionals, highlight pratical teaching,intensify school-enterprise cooperation,strengthening the construction of ＂double-quality＂ teachers.
