摘  要:高职院校为提高人才培养水平,在高职教育领域保持强大的生命力和核心竞争力,必须建立课堂教学质量诊断与改进机制。高职院校课堂教学质量诊断与改进是对高职院校人才培养工作要素——课堂教学质量进行查找不足与整改完善促提升的工作过程。高职院校应建立自我诊断为主、外部诊断为辅的常态化周期性课堂教学诊断与改进工作机制,组建专家委员会,全面主持诊断与改进工作,通过教师、管理部门、系(部)、督导、学生对教师课堂教学效果和教学过程实施诊断,帮助教师建立常态化周期性自我诊断机制,促进教师教学能力持续提升与发展。In order to improve the level of talent training and maintain a strong vitality and core competitiveness,higher vocational colleges should establish classroom teaching quality diagnosis and improvement mechanism. The diagnosis and improvement of classroom teaching quality in higher vocational colleges is the working process to find deficiencies and make improvement for classroom teaching ,which is an important factor for talents training in higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational colleges should establish a normalized periodic classroom teaching diagnosis and improvement mechanism with mainly self diagnosis and partially external diagnosis. Expert committee is set to preside the overall diagnosis and improvement work for the teaching quality and effect,through teachers,management departments,supervision department and students so as to help teachers establish normalized and periodic self diagnosis mechanism, and promote teachers' sustainable growth and development in teaching capacity.
