摘　　要：随着社会经济转型与发展,为其输送高素质技能型人才的高职院校紧跟时代步伐,大力开展专业人才培养质量提升工作以适应社会产业经济转型发展需要。专业群视阈下各专业如何充分发挥对人才培养工作的推动作用是当前高职院校的主抓工作。高职专业群立足应当地产业集群动态发展的大背景,以提升人才培养质量为目标,不断适应优化专业人才培养质量工作,通过专业相互影响,协同动态发展,品牌特色发展,实现专业人才培养的质量提升,为国家及地方经济的高质量发展提供保障。With the development of the economy, the vocational colleges have carried out the work of specialty development vigorously for providing the society with the skilled talents with high qualities. The main work of vocational colleges is the specialties＇ promoting the qualities of the talent cultivation on the visual threshold of specialty group. Under the background of the dynamic development of the local industrial cluster, the specialty group in vocational colleges considers talents cultivation as the objective and optimizes the specialties unceasingly through the intemal influence of the group to achieve the coordinated and characteristic development for serving the promotion of the talent cultivation to ensure the development with high quality of the national and local economy.
