摘　　要：高血脂症是现代社会影响人体健康的严重疾病,高效降血脂药物和天然活性物质的开发是当前国内外医药、功能性食品领域研究的热点。海洋降血脂活性物质以其来源丰富、低毒高效、副作用小等特点得到了人们的关注,越来越广泛地被应用于食品、医药、化工等领域,逐渐成为研究和开发的热点。通过对近几年来在海洋生物活性物质降血脂作用方面取得的研究成果进行综述,旨在为新型降血脂药物和天然生物活性物质的研究与开发提供参考。Hyperlipidemia is a serious disease that affects people＇s physical health in modern society,and the development of high effective blood lipid lowering drugs and natural active material is a central issue in the field of medical and functional foods at home and abroad. With abundant resources,high efficiency,low toxicity and little side effect,marine hypolipidemic bioactive substances have attracted more attention and been widely used in the fields of food,medicine and chemical industry.It has become the focus of research and development of lipid- lowering drugs. This article mainly reviews the hypolipidemic effects of marine bioactive substances, aiming to provide scientific references for the research and development of new hypolipidemic drugs and natural bioactive products.
