摘　　要：校企合作模式的建立,指引了职业教育的发展方向,但现阶段校企合作模式还存在一些不足的地方,职业教育与企业需求不相适应,校企双方需承担的义务和责任在法律上没有明晰。文本通过对现阶段校企合作模式的不足因素分析,重点梳理了校企合作过程中存在的问题,就如何实现校企合作深度融合提出一些设想。The establishment of colleges and enterprises cooperative model points the developing direction of vocational education.But currently there are still some deficiencies on colleges and enterprises cooperative model,the vocational education and demands of the enterprises cannot be adapted,there is no clearly legal regulations on obligations and responsibilities between colleges and enterprises.The thesis is through the analysis of deficiencies of current colleges and enterprises cooperative mode,focus on problems during the processing of colleges and enterprises cooperation,and gives some assumption about how to achieve depth integration on colleges and enterprises cooperation.
