摘  要:经过4周的大强度游泳训练后,含硒蛋白运动补剂对运动员产生的运动性疲劳症状存在明显的缓解作用。结果表明:观察组运动员的耐力测试成绩较对照组明显提高(P<0.05);与运动性疲劳相关的五项指标中,观察组运动员的肌酸激酶和血尿素氮显著高于对照组运动员(P<0.05);血红蛋白、促红细胞生成素、血清游离睾酮这三项指标显著低于对照组运动员(P<0.05);通过问卷调查的方式,证明随着训练的进行,观察组中存在疲劳感的人数明显少于对照组。另外,在安全性分析中,所有参与实验的运动员均未出现不良反应事件。试验证明含硒蛋白运动补剂对缓解运动员运动性疲劳具有一定作用并具有足够的安全性。After four weeks of intensive swimming training, the selenium protein supplement had obvious relieve sport fatigue effect in thletes who had sport fatigue symptom.The results show that, the endurance scores of observation group was significantly increased than control group(P 〈0.05); by analyzing the five index of sport- fatigue, creatine kinase and blood urea nitrogen in the observation group were significantly higher than athletes athletes (P〈0.05), hemoglobin, erythropoietin,and serum free testosterone were significantly lower than the control group athletes (P〈0.05); by questionnaires, the number of fatigue in the observation group was signifi- cantly less than the control group in training progresses. In addition, there were no adverse events in all athletes participating in the experiment. All the resluts proved that selenium protein sports supplements could ease the sports fatigue and hadadequate security.
