摘  要:对采集于不同地区的玉米胚样品分别进行浸出和压榨,得到玉米毛油和饼粕。采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对玉米胚原料、玉米毛油和饼粕中呕吐毒素(DON)的含量进行检测,分析研究玉米胚DON含量及制油工艺对玉米毛油和饼粕中DON含量的影响。结果表明:玉米胚原料中DON含量平均值为617.44μg/kg,浸出毛油和压榨毛油中DON含量平均值分别为101.82μg/kg和48.4μg/kg,浸出粕和压榨饼中DON含量平均值分别为524.92μg/kg和601.36μg/kg;同一玉米胚原料,浸出毛油中DON含量高于压榨毛油,浸出粕DON含量低于压榨饼;毛油中DON含量明显低于玉米胚原料,饼粕中DON含量与玉米胚原料中含量相当甚至稍高。本试验中所有的玉米胚及其毛油和饼粕中DON含量均低于国标1 000μg/kg的限量。In this study, crude maize oils were extracted from five kinds of maize germs by solvent extraction and hydraulic pressing methods,and the corresponding meals and cakes were obtained at the same time. The deoxynivalenol (DON) concentrations in five different maize germs, the corresponding crude oils, meals and cakes were determined by the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and the effect of DON content of maize germs and oil extract processes on DON content of crude maize oils, meals and cakes was analyzed. The results showed that the average concentration of DON in different maize germs was 617.44 μg/kg;the average DON contents of maize oil prepared by extracting and pressing method were 101.82 μg/kg and 48.4 μg/kg, respectively,and the average contents of the corresponding meals and cakes were 524.92 μg/kg and 601.36 μg/kg, respectively. The DON content of solvent extracting maize oil was higher than that of pressing maize oil to the same maize germ, while the DON content of the corresponding meal was lower than that of the cake; The DON content of crude oil was lower than the maize germs, while the DON contents of meals and cakes were at the same level or a little higher compared with the maize germs. The DON concentrations in the all tested oil samples, meals and cakes were lower than the limit amount of GB ( 1 000 μg/kg ).
