摘 要:运用文献资料调研法和逻辑分析法,对体育教师PCK的概念内涵、内容结构、主要特征以及培养策略问题进行探讨。研究表明:体育教师的PCK是指在以学生身体练习为主要形式的体育教学具体情境中,体育教师将体育与健康知识、技能与方法等为主要学习内容表征的知识,成功地转化为符合学生需求、易于学生理解和掌握、能够有效达成体育教学目标的表征形式的一种专门知识;教学目标知识、学生知识、教学内容知识、教学环境知识、教学法知识、教学评价知识有机构成了体育教师PCK内容结构模型的六个维度;整合性和个体性、实践性和生成性、情境性和交互性是体育教师PCK呈现的主要特征;建议职前、职后体育教师教育阶段通过整合课程内容、创造教学实践机会、提高反思意识和能力等途径来促进体育教师PCK的发展。By mainly using the methods of literature research and logical analysis, this paper discusses the concept, the content structures,key features and training strategy and other issues of the P. E teachers’ PCK. Conclusions:P. E teachers’ PCK is a specialized knowledge,which in the process of physical education of students' body exercise as the main form in the specific situation , P. E teachers successfully converted sports and health knowledge, skills and methods of the main characterizes learning content knowledge to meet the students' needs, easy to understand and master and effective to achieve teaching goals ; knowledge of teaching goals,knowledge of students,knowledge of teaching content,knowledge of teaching scene,knowledge of teaching methodology,knowledge of teaching evaluation are six dimensions institutions of physical education teachers' PCK content structure model;individuality and integrity, practicality and generative, context and interaction are the basic characterization of physical education teachers’ PCK;recommendation in the Pre-service and inservice P. E teacher education stage by optimizing and integrating course content, creating teaching practice opportunities, improving teaching reflection consciousness and ability to promote the development of P. E teachers’ PCK.
