摘  要:目的探讨食品添加剂次磷酸钠对小鼠骨髓细胞微核的影响。方法受试物经口给予小鼠,采用30 h处理法,取各组小鼠胸骨骨髓涂片、染色、阅片并统计各组小鼠骨髓细胞微核率。结果实验组小鼠骨髓细胞微核率与阴性对照组比较差异不显著(P>0.05);与阳性对照组比较差异极显著(P<0.01)。结论受试物次磷酸钠对小鼠骨髓细胞微核率无显著影响,初步表明次磷酸钠无遗传毒性。Objective To discuss the effect of sodium hypophosphite on the bone marrow cell micronucleus rate of mice. Methods The test compound was orally administered to mice, and 30 h processing method was used. The sternum bone marrow of mice from each group were smeared, stained and read, and the bone marrow cells micronucleus rate in each group were counted.Results There were no statistical differences between the experimental groups and negative control group (P>0.05), while compared with positive control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion Sodium hypophosphite has no significant effect on the bone marrow cell micronucleus rate of mice, which indicates that sodium hypophosphite has no genetic toxicity.
