中国不同地区食物消费对土地资源需求的影响研究

摘　　要：通过对1980-2010年我国东、中、西部的食物消费和土地资源需求量的研究,发现植物性食物(谷物类)的消费量下降明显,而动物性食物肉禽类、蛋奶类和水产品的消费都呈上升趋势。人均植物性食物生产土地需求量呈下降趋势,东部地区从1116.88m^2下降到了431.08m^2,中部地区从931.84m^2下降到了460.06m^2,西部地区从985.97m^2下降到了446.55m^2,人均动物性食物生产土地需求量呈上升趋势,年均东部地区从497.22m^2增加到了906.18m^2,中部地区从189.55m^2增加到了693.67m^2,西部地区从226.23m^2增加到了666.75m^2。东、中、西部的食物生产土地总需求量呈上升趋势,东部地区对土地需求量最多,西部地区最少。分析食物消费对土地总需求量的影响发现,食物消费结构的变化已经超过人口增加成为了土地需求量增加最重要的驱动因素。未来调整食物生产结构和引导健康可持续的消费观念是实现食物安全和土地资源安全的重要措施。In this study,we analyzed the changes in food consumption and land requirements for food in different regions of China,based on statistical data.The results showed that the consumption of staple crops（grain）has decreased significantly,and the consumption of animal products has increased.The per capita land requirement for staple crop production has decreased from 1116.88 to 431.08 m^2 in eastern China,from 931.84to460.06m^2 in central China,and from 985.97m^2 to 446.55m^2 in western China.The per capita land requirement for animal production has increased from 497.22m^2 to 906.18m^2 in eastern China,from 189.55 to 693.67m^2 in central China,and from 226.23m^2 to 666.75m^2 in western China.The total land requirement for food is increasing,and eastern China needs more land to produce food than do central and western China.An analysis using a decomposition approach indicated that the changes in food consumption patterns have exceeded population growth to become the major driver of increased land requirements for food.Adjusting the food production structure and guiding the population towards healthy and sustainable food consumption are important measures to ensure food security and land resource security in the future.
