摘 要:国外某既有客货共线单线铁路的钢梁结构类型主要有上承式钢板梁、上承式钢混结合梁和下承式钢桁梁。为研究钢梁梁体结构在不同列车活载作用下的受力及变形情况,本文采用有限元分析方法对其建模进行分析研究。结果表明:(1)采用"中-18"标准活载时,24 m上承式钢板梁、上承式钢-混结合梁和48 m下承式钢桁梁均能满足结构受力和变形要求;(2)采用"中-20"标准活载时,24 m上承式钢板梁和上承式钢混结合梁不能满足结构受力和变形要求,48 m下承式钢桁梁在对端横梁进行局部加固后可满足受力和变形要求。文章同时还分析了不同曲线半径上的列车最高行车速度,结合本线年久失修的现状,对既有铁路钢梁桥提出不宜提高列车轴重和行车速度的建议,为该铁路继续安全运营提供了依据。The main girder structure types of an existing foreign cargo and passenger single-track railway line include the deck steel plate girder, deck steel-concrete composite girder and the through steel truss girder. Finite element analysis is used to study and analyze Ithe stress and deformation of the steel girder structure under different train live loads. The conclusion shows that when using the standard live load of Chinese Standard - 18, 24m deck steel plate girder, deck steel-concrete composite girder and 48 m through steel truss girder are able to meet the requirements of the force and deformation, when using the standard live load of Chinese Standard-20, 24 m deck steel plate girder and deck steel- concrete composite girder are able to meet the requirements of the force and deformation if the end transverse beams are strengthened. Meanwhile the maximum train driving speed on different curve radius is also analyzed. Combined with the status of disrepair of the line, it is suggested that it is unsuitable to increase the train axle load or the train speed for the existing steel girder bridge, which provides a basis for the safe operation of this line.
