重视中医基础理论教学中的中医思维培养

摘　　要：中医基础理论课程是新生入校后学习的第一门专业基础课,教师的教育理念、教学方法将对其产生重大影响。而此课程不仅传授中医基本理论知识,更重要的是帮助学生构建中医思维,启发其应用中医思维方法掌握中医理论精髓,服务临床。具体包括整体系统思维、取象比类思维、辩证思维、中和思维、灵感思维的培养。在教学活动中,应将中医思维方法与中医基本理论融合,渗透到各个教学环节中。The curriculum of the Basic Theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine is the firs t professional course for freshmen, and teachers＇ education concept and teaching method will have a significant impact on them. But the teachers of the Basic Theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine not only teach basic theories and knowledge, more important is to help students build the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine, inspire the students to use the way of Chinese medicine thinking to grasp the essence of traditional Chinese medicine theory for clinical services. Traditional Chinese medicine thinking includes the training of overall system thinking,analogism thinking, dialectical thinking, neutral thinking and inspiration thinking. In the teaching activities of Basic Theories of Tra-ditional Chinese Medicine, we should make the integration of thinking method and the Basic Theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and penetrate all the sides of teaching.
