摘　　要：课程建设情况对于英语教学改革成败具有决定性作用。鉴于现阶段大学英语课程建设存在的弊病,结合国家经济发展的需要和卓越计划学生的实际需求,从人才培养机制、课程设置及课程评价体系等方面探讨了改革的新思路。并希望以此为突破口,来提高大学英语教学质量,培养高素质的国际化的卓越工程人才。Whether the course construction will succeed is the key factor that determines the educational reform of college English. Aimed at ills in present course construction of college English and in combination of the needs for developing the national economy and the practical demand of the students receiving the Plan for Cultivating the Outstanding Engineers, new ideas of reform have been explored in the fields of talent training scheme, course construction and curriculum evaluation system. As a breakthrough, they are expected to improve the quality of teaching and thus cultivate the international high quality talents trained by the Plan for Cultivating the Outstanding Engineers.
