摘 要:目的探讨在内分泌科临床教学中,以基于案例学习(CBL)融合翻转课堂(FC)教学法的应用效果。方法将在2013级七年制临床专业学生60人随机分为两组:对照组(CBL组)和观察组(CBL+FC),每组30人。分别采用CBL教学和融合式教学(CBL+FC)。4周后,对两组学生进行问卷调查,评价两组学生对课程的满意程度及学习兴趣,并且对利用书面理论和临床实践能力进行测试,对最终的学习效果进行评估。结果问卷调查结果显示,在满意度方面,观察组为76.7%,对照组为49.9%;在学习兴趣方面,观察组为83.4%,对照组为53.3%。理论和实践能力成绩显示,观察组的理论和实践成绩(82.14±6.35和75.33±5.48)均优于对照组(71.23±6.24和63.12±5.62)。所有差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于案例学习融合翻转课堂的教学法在内分泌科学生临床教学中取到了良好的效果,不仅调动了学生学习积极性和信心,而且在提高内分泌理论知识学习效果和临床实践能力等方面具有显著的效果。Objective To explore the effectiveness of a methodology integrated with CBL and FC applied to the training courses in clinical endocrinology. Methods 60 of seven-year program students in clinical medicine were randomly divided into two groups: control group (30 students) and observation group (30 students). CBL was applied to the control group, while CBL combined with FC was employed to another group. 4 weeks after, a questionnaire of satisfaction and interest in learning was carried out within 60 students, as well as an assessment of theory and clinical practice ability. Results The observation group had higher percentages of satisfaction (76. 7%) and interest in learning (83.4%) than that of the control group (49. 9% and 53.3%, respectively). The scores of the observation group were significantly higher in the theoretical and practical assessments (82. 14 ± 6. 35 and 75.33 ± 5.48, respectively) than the scores of another group (71.23±6. 24 and 63. 12± 5.62, respectively). The date had statistical significance (P〈0. 01). Conclusion Beneficial effects were achieved due to applying the methodology integrated CBL with FC. It is worthy of promotion for its increasing students' confidence and enthusiasm in clinical endocrinology learning, as well as its improving students' academic performance and practical ability.
