摘  要:高师院校承担着培养教师的重任,在为社会培训、输送合格教师的过程中发挥着举足轻重的作用。作为师范教育中一门重要的专业训练课程,教育实习的改革备受关注。近年来高师院校开展的顶岗实习支教是师范生人才培养模式的有益探索。随着顶岗实习支教工作的深入开展,顶岗实习支教中对师范生的教学指导工作也会更加深入和细化,它能有效提高顶岗实习支教师范生的教学效果和教学水平。经过实践探索和研究,笔者认为,为进一步提高顶岗实习支教工作的适用性和实效性,应建立以实习学校为主的教学指导体系。Shouldering the responsibility of cultivating teachers, normal universities play a pivotal role in social training and teacher cultivation. As an important professional training course, education practice has been attracted to much importance. In recent years, beneficial explorations have been made on the implementation of on-post voluntary education practice. With the deepening of on-post voluntary education practice, the teaching guidance for normal university students in the process will also be enhanced, as it can effectively improve their teaching effect and level. Through practical exploration and research, we hold that a teaching guidance system centered by target schools in order to further improve the adaptability and effectiveness of on-post vol- untary education practice.
