摘　　要：文章以CBE教学模式中的岗位能力培养为重点,剖析该模式中岗位能力培养的思路与方法,结合我国园林行业的发展现状和未来发展空间,以及园林行业对人才需求的特点,探讨如何在园林专业教学中借鉴CBE教育理论,做好园林专业学生创新创业能力的培养工作,提高学生的综合素质和能力,给今后园林专业的教学改革提供参考性建议。The article focuses on post capacity training in CBE teaching mode,analyzing the thought and method of post capacity training in the mode,combining the existing condition of China landscape architecture and future development prospects,and features of landscape industry＇s need for talent,discussing how to adapt CBE education theory in teaching to cultivate landscape architecture students＇ ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,and providing suggestions on teaching reform of landscape architecture in the future.
