摘　　要：公民文化源于人类生命与生存之争的政治理想,盛行于全球化浪潮,融社会、政治、道德、教育多文化域,是时代的主流文化。公民文化反映了人与社会的整体追求,主要标准是对人的发展和社会进步的积极意义。道德教育以培育公民自觉性为前提,以彰显公民主体性为核心,以公民"德性"养成为根本,以培育公民自律性为主旨。公民文化及道德教育均以人为原点和落脚点,最终指向"人"的自由和自律。Civil culture is the political ideal of human life and way of survival. It is widely popular inthe wave of globalization in which it contains many fields such as society, politics, morality and educa- tion ; therefore, it is the mainstream culture of the times. Civil culture reflects the pursuit of people and society as a whole, and the main criterion depends onits positive significance for human development and social progress. Moral education should cultivate civil consciousness as the premise, highlight the civic subjectivity as the core, train the civil virtue as the fundamental, and foster civil autonomy as the main theme. Civil culture and moral education have the same origin and the foothold-destination to the people＇s freedom and self-discipline.
