农村幼儿情绪调节策略的影响因素及改善路径

摘  要:农村幼儿在情绪过程的不同阶段通常采用不同的情绪调节策略,具体来说,在情境关注阶段主要采用情境修正策略,在认知关注阶段主要采用注意控制策略,在反应关注阶段主要采用情绪表达抑制策略。这种不同主要受个体气质、成熟度及认知能力等内部主体因素和家庭环境、社会文化等外部环境因素的影响。因此,为了改善农村幼儿的情绪调节策略,应做到以下几点:开展早期阅读,提升幼儿情绪理解力;把握幼儿年龄特点,增强幼儿情绪表达力;优化教养方式,提高幼儿情绪调控力。In rural areas, different emotional adjustment strategies are usually adopted at different stages of the emotional process. Specifically, the situational modification strategy is mainly adopted in the situational attention stage; the attention control strategy is adopted in the cognitive attention stage, and the emotional expression suppression strategy is adopted in the response-focused stage. These difference are mainly affected by internal factors such as individual temperament, maturity and cognitive ability and external environment factors such as family environment, social culture and so on. Therefore, in order to improve the rural children's emotional adjustment strategies, we should do the following: to carry out early reading to enhance children's emotional understanding; to grasp the characteristics of children's age and enhance emotional expression of early childhood; to optimize parenting methods to improve children's emotional control.
