摘　　要：中国制造2025是我国打造国民经济支柱产业——制造业的重大战略。在当前高等教育进入大众化时代的背景下,通才、全才培养方式已不适合时代的要求。只有打造特色专才,才能实现弯道超车,实现中国制造2025的宏伟规划。要有效实施特色专才的培养,需要制定科学的人才培养方案和落实措施。特色专才培养必须通过校企的深度合作,现代学徒制对于特色专才培养具有重要意义。特色专才的培养需要学校、企业、政府共同做出努力,必须明确企业的责任和义务,必须完善相关教育法律法规。＂Made in China 2025＂Plan is a major strategy for China to build a pillar industry of the national economy.When higher education entered into the era of mass education,the methods of training generalists and all-rounders are no longer suitable for the current request.Only by creating featured specialists,can we achieve a successful curve-overtaking,in the plan of 2025 China manufacture.The efective implementation of featured specialists needs a scientific talent training scheme and implementation measures based on deep cooperation between school and enterprise.Modern apprenticeship is one of the measures.It needs joint eforts from schools,enterprises and govern ment,with clear-defined duty of enterprise and the relevant educational laws and regulations.
