摘  要:适才教育的提出对我国教育改革产生了积极的推动作用,但目前无论在教育理论界还是实践界,人们对于适才教育的认识都只是局限于学生智力和其他方面能力的培养。其实,它的基本教育理念和教学模式也同样适用于德育。适才教育运用于学校德育有其充分的现实条件的支撑,同时,学生品德发展规律和德育过程的多端性规律,以及德育内容的丰富性和复杂性都为其提供了学理依据和客观基础。此外,Rt I也为适才教育运用于学校德育提供了策略指导。然而,要将适才教育有效运用于学校德育还必须采用分层教学策略,具体包括教师适教策略和学生适学策略,以促进学校德育改革的深化和实现学生个性与品德的健康发展。The proposal of differentiation education plays a positive role in China's education reform. At present,in the field of educational theory and practice people's understanding of the differentiation education is limited to cultivating students' intelligence and ability of other aspects. In fact,its basic education concept and teaching model are also suitable for moral education. Applying differentiation education to the school moral education has the support of sufficient reality conditions. At the same time,the students' morality development rule,the varied laws of moral education process and the richness and complexity of moral education content provide it with academic basis and objective foundation. In addition,the Rt I provides a strategy guide for applying differentiation education to the school moral education. To effectively apply differentiation education to school moral education,we must adopt the strategy of teaching in different levels,which include the suitable teaching strategies and suitable learning strategies. Only in this way can we promote the deepening of the reform of school moral education and realize the healthy development of students personality and moral character.
